Short-term and Long-term Rentals
We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Whether you need a room for a meeting or a football field for practice, please call Debbie Quinn at (302) 792-2757, ext. 158 to discuss how our space can work for you.
As the hub of activity for educational, medical, recreational, and other programs, Claymont Community Center welcomes more than 200,000 visitors each year. Your business or agency will gain visibility from high foot traffic when you lease space with us. Single offices and office suites are available at an affordable rate. Indoor and Outdoor Facilities
Five rooms and two gymnasiums are available to rent:
- 3 meeting rooms hold 35 people each – with Wi-Fi and whiteboards, they work well for community meetings and classes.
- 1 dance/yoga classroom holds up to 50 people.
- 2 gymnasiums can be used for activities such as basketball, volleyball, line dancing, and exercise classes. They can accommodate meetings and events as well. Tables and chairs can be rented and set up for an additional cost. Each gym holds up to 175 people.
Rent our football or baseball fields, and give your team a convenient place to practice and play. Football, rugby, baseball, softball, soccer teams are all welcome.
The dog park located behind the baseball fields is open to the public.
Available Long Term Rentals
We have offices for multi-year lease arrangements for nonprofits, government, and small business entities. All leases include utilities, parking, elevator, and cleaning services in the square footage price. Wi-fi and furniture can be arranged for an additional cost.
