What We Do
Health & Wellness
Stay active and energized! Membership includes 2 exercise classes per week and use of the fitness room. Our fitness room features treadmills, bikes, and strength equipment to help you keep moving at your own pace. Enjoy yoga, line dancing and tap dance as well. Guest speakers regularly visit to share valuable insights on health, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Trips & Transportation
Love to explore? We organize local and regional trips to restaurants, museums, shopping destinations, beaches, and more—sometimes even extended adventures to places like Savannah, GA, and Lake George, NY. For a small fee, we also provide weekday transportation to and from the Center.
Learning & Creativity
From painting and ceramics to computer classes and guest speakers, you’ll find endless ways to learn something new. We host outings to places like the Camden Aquarium, Hagley Museum, and the U.S. Mint, plus craft sessions, jewelry-making workshops, and more.
Food & Social Connection
Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee and stay for a hot, nutritious lunch served daily (donations appreciated). Enjoy special themed meals for holidays and celebrations, plus events like Big BINGO, monthly birthday parties, and our annual picnic.
Membership
Annual membership is just $35 and includes access to most classes and activities, either free or at a small additional fee. Stop by to meet our friendly staff and members—applications are available on-site or can be downloaded in advance.
Get Involved
Volunteering is a great way to stay active while giving back. Whether you’d like to teach, assist with events, or simply lend a helping hand, we’ll help you find a role that fits your interests.
