LIFT Program
LIFT (Life Improvement through Facilitated Transformation) Program provides peer recovery services for individuals with substance use disorder (opioids and stimulants), including referrals to treatment; access to life essentials such as food, jobs, housing & transportation; education and overdose prevention & free Narcan. Confidential SMART Recovery meetings are held weekly.

Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists have lived experience and offer nonjudgmental support to guide you toward treatment, stability, and strength.
LIFT provides:
- Peer Support Groups: Weekly SMART Recovery meetings led by peers who understand your journey.
- Life Essentials Assistance: Access to food, jobs, housing, and transportation resources.
- Referrals to Treatment: Guidance and direct connections to recovery programs and healthcare partners.
- Overdose Prevention: Free naloxone (Narcan) kits and education to help save lives.
- Skill Building: Practical tools for resilience, personal growth, and long-term recovery.
All services are confidential and rooted in dignity and care.
